“POT OF GOLD” PROMOTIONAL RULES

1. Contest Terms: Contest commences at 10:00:00 a.m. P.S.T. Monday, March 12, 2012 and closes at 11:59:59 p.m. P.S.T. Friday, March 16, 2012.
   
   
2. Eligibility: Entrants must be eighteen (18) years age or older by the contest closing date.
   
   
3. Entry: Entry in the contest requires the individual to be a registered user in the Cannapedia™ app. Registered users must private message user Cannapedia™ through the app and include the phrase “I want the pot of gold” for official entry into the contest.
   
   
4. Prize: The prize will consist of (1) One Ball Handle Beaker(MSRP $220) and (1) One Stemless Double Showerhead Double Halo (MSRP $420). No warranty is provided on this prize. No requests for refund or substitution of any type are allowed. Winner(s) located outside the United States will be responsible for paying all import taxes and duties related to shipping from the United States.
   
   
5. Prize Draw: A random drawing will be conducted on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at 4:20 P.S.T. Each entrant selected, as a winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these rules and regulations, and winning is dependent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Winner(s) will be notified through their in-app account as well as their registered email account. Tr3polar LLC or Cannapedia™ are not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of email addresses that are not correct. Tr3polar LLC or Cannapedia™ are not responsible for push notifications not received due to technical difficulties through cell service providers, devise malfunctions or any other reason beyond Tr3polar LLC or Cannapedia’s™ control. If a winner has not claimed their prize within (48) hours after the first attempt to contact such winner, an alternate entrant will be selected at random from all entries received. If the prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the winner will be disqualified and another winner selected in the original winner’s place.
   
   
6. Winners List: Tr3polar LLC and Cannapedia™ will attempt to post contest winners to the web site and all social media streams within an (1) hour of contest drawing.
   
   
7. Redemption: Tr3polar LLC and Cannapedia™ will ship the prize via first-class mail to the appropriate winner’s address as provided when completing the claim form supplied to winner. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Tr3polar LLC and Cannapedia™ are not responsible for a lost or damaged prize(s) and in the case where the prize is lost or damaged it will not be replaced.
   
   
8. Conditions: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to provide Tr3polar LLC and Cannapedia™ with a “written review” of the product by answering a list of questions that will be provided to the winner as well as pictures of the product taken by the winner. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Tr3polar LLC and Cannapedia™ may use the winner’s name and user’s name for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, THE PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT TR3POLAR LLC and CANNAPEDIA™, ITS AFFILIATES AND ALL OF TR3POLAR LLC and CANNAPEDIA™, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS FOR ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR ANY PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. Subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited.
